In particular, my work aims at the design of optimization algorithms for the maximization of Quality of Service of composed Web services and for the resource management of autonomic infrastructures. Recently, I\u2019m focusing on Model Driven Design, performance analysis, and management of Cloud-based (see the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/modaclouds.eu\/\">MODAClouds<\/a>\u00a0project), data-intensive and deep learning applications (see the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/dice-h2020.eu\/\">DICE,\u00a0<\/a>\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.eubra-bigsea.eu\">EUBRA-BIGSEA<\/a>\u00a0and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.computer.org\/web\/tcc\">ATMOSPHERE<\/a> projects). I developed also energy efficiency solutions for the management of virtualized infrastructures (<a href=\"http:\/\/home.dei.polimi.it\/ardagna\/game-it\/index.html\">GAME-IT<\/a>\u00a0project).
